Upon termination, any real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and any applicable investigations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pelbet support. Closure does not waive any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pelbet platform, you agree to first contact pelbet support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
For disputes relating to game outcomes, pelbet's internal dispute resolution process shall apply, with PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority where escalation is required.
pelbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the pelbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
